of E.R.I.
1982 - Incorporated on January 13, 1982,
E.R.I. has grown from four members at the
outset to over 270 active members today
1983 – October, 1983, held the first
annual members’ meeting and trade
show.
1984 – June 1984, added 20th supplier
1985 – January 1985, added 50th member
1986 – September 1986, added 50th
supplier
1991- Established E.R.I. Advisory Committee
1992 – January 1992, added 100th
member
1994 – December 1994, added 200th
member
1996 – April 1996, added 100th supplier
1997 – Opened first distribution
centre in Toronto, Ontario
1998 – October, 1998, recognized
first Quarter Million Dollar Club members
2000 – Established “The Richard
Miller Award”, an annual education
& training grant, to be used to provide
financial assistance and encouragement to
individuals who wish to further their education
or training
2000 – September 2000, awarded the
Richard Miller Award to Mr. Tim Fedak of
Nova Scotia and Miss Cori Smuck of Ontario
2000 – November 2000, moved to present
location with larger offices and larger
distribution centre.
2001 – February 2001, added 250th
member
2001 - September 2001, awarded the Richard
Miller Award to Mr. Robert Borden of British
Columbia, Mr. Greg Chaykowski of Alberta,
Mr. Chad Wonchulanko of Saskatchewan, Miss
Faye Socholotiuk of Ontario, Mr. Patrice
Lambert of Québec and Mr. Tim Fedak
of Nova Scotia
2002 – January 2002, celebrated E.R.I.’s
20th anniversary
2002 – February 2002, established
the E.R.I. Service Team
2002 – August 2002, opened the Alberta
distribution centre
2002 – September 2002, awarded the
