Hi Dudley, We have noticed the fill rate at ARP is way down. The last order from our Edmonton branch ARP shipped 25% we ordered $5,000 they shipped around $1000 and it’s been that way for a while. Can you find out what’s going on there and when we might expect some improvement in fill rates.
Thanks

Hi Dale, I'm including the response from Kim Baker at ARP. I don't have a date to shoot for as far as better fill rates are concerned.
Are you continuing to reorder the items?

Dudley, You are lucky if ERI is the only customer you have with issues. We have several items on back order and won’t be seeing completion for 6-8 weeks. It is hard for me to give you any specifics on ERI since they are ship and cancel, nothing is pending with order dates. Their orders are filled as best as possible and anything not shipped is canceled.

Québec City Golf Outing - June 2, 2007
|
|
The E.R.I. golf outings for 2007 began in Quebec City on Saturday June 2 at Mont Tourbillon Golf and Country Club. Twenty four golfers were treated to a wonderful course nestled in the mountains surrounding Lac Beauport just minutes north of Quebec City. The weather was perfect for hitting the ball long and straight. Most golfers, however, found numerous other excuses for why the balls would neither fly straight, nor travel very far! Sitting on the club-house balcony, having two or three cold beers, and looking at the beautiful scenery was much enjoyed by all who were tamed by the challenging course. As all golfers know, the nineteenth hole is always the best one on the course. Kudos for Nicole Turcotte and Sylvain Tremblay, who came out to play golf even though they had never swung a club before that day! Sylvain wanted to install a performance cam into the golf cart, and Nicole hit some great putts for her team.
Dinner followed golf at the L'Aristocrate Best Western Hotel and was attended by 41 members, alumni, spouses, guests and suppliers. The evening’s entertainment was a surprise for all. Mr. Miller presented golf prizes with the help of our Quebec Service Team representative Jean Rochfort. Jean was translating Rick’s presentations in such a way that all were in stitches. Soon Rick lost faith in Mr. Rochfort’s choice of words. This led to Rick presenting in French and Jean was adding colour in English. The audience was laughing so hard, the hotel staff was coming in from the kitchen to join the show! Jean was particularly happy to win a toaster oven for his golf prize. He said he has lots of cooking to do when he got home.
Thanks to Rick and all the staff at E.R.I. who make these member events so special for all who attend. Their efforts are greatly appreciated by all those who participate.
